In the event that the insurance organization pays the Bank insurance compensation for the Client’s debt on a microloan, the insurance organization shall acquire the right to demand compensation of funds from the Client in a recourse manner in accordance with the current legislation.

If the Client accepts the Individual terms of the microloan, the Agreement on the provision of a microloan on the terms stipulated by this Public Offer and the Individual terms of the microloan is considered concluded.
